RALGA provides dedicated services to support its members in building stronger, more effective institutions.

Through recruitment support and tailored capacity-building interventions, RALGA helps local government institutions attract qualified professionals, enhance workforce competencies, and foster continuous professional development.

These services are designed to address evolving sector needs, promote excellence in service delivery, and equip local government personnel with the skills and knowledge required to effectively serve and contribute to the sustainable development of the Rwanda.

- RALGA comes in the recruitment process at the stages of written and oral tests including marking, whereas Districts carry out job vacancies advertisement, selection, and shortlisting of the applicants and identifying examinations sites. At the end, Districts are responsible for codification of the examination booklets.

- In its endeavor to build an efficient, effective, transparent, and accountable local government system in Rwanda, RALGA continuously conducts strategic capacity building interventions, including training, inductions, study tours, and technical exchange forums.
